            It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the product to adhere to all local, state and federal laws concerning the purchase and use of fertilizer. Archipelago Bat Guano is licensed in Arizona and California.  Some States do not allow internet sales of fertilizer without a license in that State.  If you have any questions about whether Archipelago Bat Guano can be shipped to your location, please contact ABG before attempting to order.  Any orders made from States where ABG cannot be sold will be rejected.  However, it is often a fast and simple process to acquire a license in most States.
